With the new Poke-pals game release, we'll be hosting a gacha event! You can buy pulls in slot 7 only (due to our own time constraints)!

• Slot 7 will be drawn and posted (on Instagram) as soon as we're able. There are 25 draws in this section (containing two pins each). NOTE - Domestics will ship on time, but internationals will not arrive by the holidays.

There are 2x pulls in each draw in the draw batch, including 3 $5 gift cards and two scarf chances and multiple free charms. 

Gacha mechanics are "random" pulls of items (in our case, poke-pal pins) and you're able to experience them "live". We will be putting all of the pulls in stories on the weekends, so look out for them then! If you'd like us to tag you with the information, please just put your Instagram tag in the order comments.

Preorder Items:

These items usually ship out usually 3-4 months after the close of preorders, though due to COVID some wait times have increased to 4-6 months. Energy regulation and increased wait times due to increased production requests have greatly impacted turnarounds. Generally we aim to be faster than that if possible, but the timeline fluctuates based on when things arrive. Things are also impacted by sampling and adjustments (large pins take much longer than smaller pins!).

Normally we will email once these items have projected final dates. At that time, we will allow for adjustments if anyone needs to change their shipping information. If you need in-between updates, please check discord or email (if you can't find your answers there). Do not message us on social media for these concerns!
